Mn3ina may use location information when it is necessary to provide delivery-related functionality.

Location information may be used to identify or confirm a delivery location and help drivers complete deliveries. Mn3ina only accesses device location when permitted by the device and operating-system permissions applicable to the feature being used.

You can control location permissions through your device settings. Some delivery features may not function correctly if location access is unavailable.

4. Notifications

Mn3ina may send push notifications related to your account, orders, deliveries, service updates, and other relevant application activity.

Push notification services may process a device notification token so notifications can be delivered to your device.

You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information only when reasonably necessary to provide or protect the Mn3ina service, including with:

• Restaurants, stores, and merchants involved in fulfilling your order.
• Delivery drivers who need information to deliver your order.
• Technology and infrastructure service providers that help us operate the application, servers, notifications, security, and related services.
• Authorities or other parties when disclosure is required by applicable law or necessary to protect users, Mn3ina, or others.

Third parties that process personal information on our behalf are expected to provide appropriate protection for that information and use it only for authorized purposes.

Mn3ina may rely on third-party technology providers to operate certain features of the application, including hosting, security, communications, and push notification services.

9. Account and Data Deletion

You may permanently delete your Mn3ina account at any time by opening the Mn3ina application and navigating to Profile -> Delete Account, then confirming the account deletion request.

You may permanently delete your Mn3ina account at any time using the account deletion option available within the application.

Account deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted, your personal information and data associated with your account will be deleted or anonymized and cannot be restored.

This may include your name, phone number, saved addresses, favorites, account preferences, device information, notification information, and other personal data associated with your account. You will permanently lose access to this information after deleting your account.

Deleting your account will also sign you out of Mn3ina and your existing account will no longer be accessible. If you choose to use Mn3ina again in the future, you may be required to create a new account, and information from your previously deleted account will not be restored.

Certain transaction or order records may be retained where reasonably necessary for accounting, legal, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate purposes. Where such records are retained, personal information associated with the deleted account will be removed or anonymized where appropriate.

Depending on applicable law and the services available in your region, you may have the right to:

• Access personal information associated with you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your account and personal data.
• Control device permissions such as location and notifications.
